Jama will provide remote assistance to take a copy of one (1) Cloud Jama Connect instance (the “Source”) and refresh a separate cloud Jama Connect instance (the “Destination”) with the configuration and data from the Source.
Offering Outcome: All configuration and data will be copied over and replace any pre-existing content in the Destination
