User License Types & Capabilities
Jama Connect offers four unique license types to bring development activity online across all participants (customers, leadership, product management, engineers, risk, test, development partners and more). Our model supports different user roles and promotes deep collaboration and alignment across your organization
Creator
Most roles require full Creator access to bring all development activity online. Creators can create, edit, and manage requirements, test cases, traceability, workflows, reviews, reports, dashboards, and more.
Stakeholder
Limited access to view and comment on any ongoing development effort. Stakeholders are typically limited to engineering leadership.
Reviewer
Participate in formal review and approval workflows to provide input, view feedback, and digitally sign off on work. Reviewers are typically executive managers, customers, or other ad-hoc stakeholders.
Test Runner
Limited test functionality access for test and verification & validation teams to write and/or edit test plans, execute test runs, and log defects. A Creator license is required to create test cases.
Scalable licensing for rapid deployment and adoption
Our base package includes the full breadth of Jama Connect’s core capabilities with access for up to 10 named Creators (or the flexibility for an equivalent mix of named and floating creators), and unlimited site licenses for Stakeholders and Reviewers — enough to get your product organization up and running with our industry-leading solution. The base package can easily be extended to allow access for the entire enterprise.
