As CRO, Tom oversees all of Jama Software’s global go-to-market and customer activities. Tom leverages his expertise in identifying new product opportunities and new markets to lead proven best-in-class go-to-market strategies and positioning. He brings a customer-first approach and a demonstrated track record of driving accelerated growth and profitability across businesses, ranging from initial product introductions to managing hundreds of millions in annual SaaS revenues. Tom has extensive experience overseeing all go-to-market and customer functions for SaaS technologies, including managing product lines, divisions, geographies, and global activities— ranging from managed AI offerings to customer experience solutions. Earlier in his career, Tom worked in medical devices at Abbott Laboratories and Olympus Surgical. He is a graduate of Bentley University and also holds an MBA from Babson College.
