With more than 20 years of experience in software quality management, I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products and services across the Automotive, Aerospace, and IT sectors.
My core competencies include Automotive SPICE (ASPICE), Agile methods, Process improvement and Team Leadership. I have successfully improved processes, ensured compliance, and managed projects using various standards and frameworks such as ASPICE, CMMI, ISO 21434, ISO 26262, IEC 61508, IATF, SAFe Agile, Scrum, AS9100, and DO178. I am also passionate about learning new technologies, such as AI, and applying them to enhance software quality and innovation.
